My baby is not settling well in the Snoo once she hit 4 months, and she wants night feedings to get back to sleep every 2 hours. She was a great sleeper before the regression! Plus she has been rolling to her belly since 3 months and hates how it restrains her. I appreciate that you shared your experience and I think I’m going to try and transition her to her crib in the nursery (which already has blackout blinds). I just think she will be happier, and so will we. She already has had 1.5-2hr wake windows but only 30 minute naps usually. And most of them she is sleeping on me. I’m struggling with household chores because I literally have no time apart from her except 1.5 hour stretches of sleep at night.

She works with the hard to treat conditions and overcame POTS and dysautonomia herself. She’s on UA-cam and has a website. I suffer from chronic fatigue. Been diagnosed with Sjogrens which is an autoimmune disease. I can't keep my eyes open. Barely make it through the day. Get home climb into bed and sleep all night and forget everything. Weekend rolls around and I'm literally in bed asleep all weekend for the last 2 years. It is a frickin' struggle to do the simplest things. You're literally dead and don't know it. About a month ago I went to Urgent care for a 6 day migraine and excessive, loud ringing in the ears. Made you want to rip your ear drums out. Well they gave me dexamethasone through intravenous 10 mg and I have never ever in my life felt so normal. a side from everything and talking about fatigue alone. I felt like I have never felt in my life. Energetic, no ringing, no headache and back pain gone for the most part. But the fatigue was totally gone for once in my life. Clear thinking, no brain fog. Energy to tackle everything. make it through work with a breeze. Everything was just supper easy to do. Now living your life up until 53 yo with fatigue and it has robbed you of a life. What would you do? keep taking that 10mg until it does you out. Or get off it and go back to being dead? I told my doctor if I can have 10 years on dex. I'd take it. Because there is no way I'm going back. That is just me and my opinion.

My only suggestion, is that maybe next time, for the trickier remnants go over them with like a fabric shaver. LINT SHAVER that's what they're called, sorry, me correcting me while typing.

Baby boy is hitting that sleep regression right now! When he was younger, he would wake up, nappy change, play a bit if not hungry, feed, play again and sleep. It has been like that from 1m old to until sleep regression. I tried routines and a lot of things in there and obviously he was fighting sleep times and particularly crying a lot. Later on, I realised that it was not crying from fighting the sleep but rather he was hungry! That sleep regression also comes with increased appetite/need to feed (or a growth spurt or extra calories for the changes happening?), which I didn't realise straight away, as this crying before sleep was different from crying for food. So now I feed him before (sometimes I forget feeding!) and he is easier to put him down to sleep - still crying though but less! Maybe that would help too 😊

Vitamin B1 and D3 high doses can really help a lot. I'm so relieved to have found this comment iwas starting to worry im 5 weeks pregnant according to my pregnant test but today after organsm ihad iwas bleeding for that moment then it stopped before that for few days iwas having pink discharge then brown I hope my baby is healthy and safe im. So excited aslo my nipples were sore from before I found out about it and ihad some symptoms like nausea frequent urinary bloated but now I almost fell no pain on my nipples ifeel like im normal But but im hopefully nothing is wrong 🙏

I am week 7 but started spotting which turned into bleeding with severe cramps last night. Bleeding is still on and don’t feel much of pregnancy symptoms. About to see my doctor to know what is going on.
